MARY ANN QUARLES WILLIAMSON was the daughter of William Hawes and Ruth Hyder Quarles of White Plains, Tennessee. She was the granddaughter of William Pennington and Ann Hawes Quarles. Apparently the community of Hopewell no longer exists, but the cemetery where J. B. and Mary Ann Quarles Williamson lie buried has been lovingly tended. The Hopewell Cemetery is located a few miles west of Georgetown, Texas, in Williamson County. | |
